Terms of Membership
ALL MEMBERS MUST AGREE TO UPHOLD THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN THEY JOIN OUR COMMUNITY:
We reserve the right to close on specific national and religious holidays. We do not offer make-up days for member vacations and sick days, or closure due to scheduled holidays or inclement weather. Coworking and/or childcare hours are not transferrable month-to-month and do not rollover if left unused.
You must notify us in writing at least 14 days before your next billing period in order to cancel or change your membership package.
All Membership Packages are billed monthly, on the card you submit when you originally joined. Payments are processed automatically based on your join date.
Childcare is offered 4 hours a day, and will only be billed for 1 day per child (no hourly rates). Currently, childcare is offered Mon-Fri from 9a-1p unless our space is scheduled to be closed.
Parents must remain onsite while children are enrolled in childcare.
You may book childcare spaces up to 30 days in advance on a first booked, first served basis. We recommend booking your membership-included childcare at least 48 hours in advance using our online system. While we may be able to accommodate day-of scheduling requests, childcare is not guaranteed unless booked in advance and confirmed online. Any unused childcare hours cannot be rolled over or saved for future use. Monthly work+play memberships will reset with allocated childcare time each month.
Childcare cancellations due to illness or emergency may be able to be credited back for the month. Please notify us in advance as much as possible so we can alert the next child on the waitlist. Other instances of cancellation will be considered on a case-by-case basis for rebooking purposes and are not guaranteed. There are no refunds offered for unused childcare or coworking time.
Non-members can purchase coworking-only guest passes for $20/day. Childcare is not available to non-members.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO UPDATE THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME AND WILL NOTIFY ALL CURRENT MEMBERS OF ANY CHANGES WHEN THEY OCCUR.
As a member of momHIVE, you agree to be a contributing member of our community. This includes being respectful, considerate, and supportive of other members (inside and outside of our space!) and agreeing to treat our office as if it’s your own home.
We have spaces created for different work styles and volume preferences, please observe these as it helps create a predictable and comfortable space for all of us. We are female-focused and mom-centric- if you’re not sure what that means, please meet with our Community Manager to be sure you understand the space we are creating here.
